Grown in Wapato from the only vineyard in Washington to grow Nero d’Avola. It is a Sicilain grape known for it’s full body and bold fruit-driven flavors. We blended in a little Grenache and it is spicy with black cherry and dried strawberry notes. 13.9% alcohol.
2021 was the first year we made Counoise. It is a French varietal that is lighter in color and body similar to a Pinot Noir. Low in tannins this wine has great acidity, red fruit notes like strawberry and cassis, with black pepper. 14.4% alcohol
Grown in Rattlesnake Hills. Topped with Malbec, dark fruit notes of black cherry, spice 14.65% alcohol
Spicy with notes of cocoa on the nose, earthy, BBQ smoke, dark fruit 15% alcohol
Grown in Rattlesnake Hills. Notes of chocolate, licorice, green peppercorn, fruity red berry aromas. Refined light tannins. 13.6% alcohol
Blend of 50% Syrah and 25% Grenache and Mourvedre. grown in Rattlesnake Hills. Medium plus to full body. Notes of raspberry, cocoa, red fruit, and pepper. 15.75% alcohol
Both Merlots were grown in the same vineyard but with different soil types. We kept them separate to test how different the soil really plays in grape growing. This version was grown in rocks and sand and had a lower yield of fruit with less sugar and higher acidity than the clay and sand soil.
Medium to full body tannins which are smoother on the palate than the rocks. These grapes had a higher yield and higher sugar levels. Notes of blackberry jam and strawberries. 15.6% alcohol.
This one displays notes of baked cherries and plums with a hint of herbal notes with medium to full body tannins. 13.7% alcohol.
This is a blend of our 2021 and 2022 Grenache, with small amounts of Zinfandel, Mourvedre and Graciano. Notes of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, white pepper. 15.4% alcohol
Blend of Malbec 54%, Petite Sirah 15.25%, Grenache 9.75% Syrah 9.4%, Cabernet Franc 7% and Barbera 4.6%. Creamy mouthfeel with notes of ripe red fruit, candied cherry, sweet rose on the nose, 14.8% alcohol
